Our famous dry brine transforms your steaks, burgers, pork, chicken or fish into a mouth watering burst of flavor that is a mix of sweet and spicy. Rub brine on your steaks or burgers and let sit for a few hours or up to 3 days. Brine will make its own marinade. Grill or cook to your preference.
