CUSTOM CUTTING
We’re a “one-stop-shop” for your custom cutting needs. We harvest & process livestock onsite. We age carcasses in our large hanging cooler for a minimum of 10 days, and our state of the art smokehouses make it possible to provide an array of delicious custom products made in house. We cut & vacuum pack your meat to your specifications.
VENISON SEASON
Every fall Miller’s Meat Market becomes a “Venison Processing Plant”. We’ve cut thousands of them and we do it well. Customers come from miles away to have us process their venison and transform it into delicious steaks, burger, sausage and specialty products.

MONTHLY DELIVERY ZONES
In an attempt to better serve our clients, Miller’s Meat Market is now offering options to purchase online and pick select a pick up date for in store pick up. We also recently started offering monthly drop off points so you can order your groceries online and pick up from one of our conveniently located drop-off locations near you.

We’ve been filling freezers in Lewis County and beyond for years. We love giving our customers personalized service. We offer freshly ground beef every day as well as our famous Country, Hot and Sweet Sausage. We also offer fresh cut steaks, various Jerked meats for the grill and let’s not forget our amazing “Watson Burgers”, “Jerky Burgers” and “Porky Burgers”. A summer is not complete without Miller’s Meats on the grill.

“Miller’s General Store” began back in 1962 when Carl Miller bought a little country store to escape the hustle and bustle of Syracuse, NY. In 1978, Carl and Norma sold the business to their son Dan and his wife Charlene. Dan and Charlene continue to run the store and custom meat shop along with several of their children.
We enjoy giving personalized service to each customer that walks through the door and are proud of the friendly service we offer. We are proud of the friendly service we offer and strive to be on a “first name basis” with all of our patrons, both old customers and new.
